Founder and CEO of a global AI startup

Enterprise AI platform focused on natural-language operational intelligence, workflow automation, decision support and enterprise data accessibility across ERP and CRM environments. Lead overall business strategy, enterprise GTM execution, operational scaling and commercial development for AI-enabled enterprise platform serving global markets. Regional head of CorpDev, deep business planning and modeling

Worked very closely with global leadership to develop in-depth transformation models for all regional businesses, with 1-, 3- and 5-year forecasts and business cases for acquisitions and alliances—with pro forma financials, DCF/quality of earnings analysis and human capital projections/costs. Grew the business across nine national markets and five product segments by building regional pursuits capability from scratch, enhancing sales campaigns and targeting / negotiating with / acquiring businesses for expansion.

Global lead on transforming Growth Markets services worldwide

Worked with different global initiatives to build Technology and Innovation COE in the region—aiming to resonate with Family Business, high growth young companies and innovative Startups, namely AI, big data and crypto companies. Impact in region was a 300% increase in revenue in year two.

Winning Deals

IT transformation for State government / State CIO

A large state in the US realized its technology capabilities had fallen behind. The governor appointed a CIO to effect rapid and meaningful change. We had a very strong transformation team that was downselected as only one of two providers to receive an RFP. The team had a great solution and we were able to put together an outstanding proposal from in-depth knowledge and analysis of the issues, applying world-class resources and formulating a plan in the proposal that won — hands down — and resulted in a large, multi-year revenue stream.

Think tank’s pursuit of US Dept of Energy (DoE) funding

Consortium was looking for US$1.2bn for a Clean Hydrogen hub. Tasked with managing and coordinating across the hub membership--some 30 private and public entities who had very disparate goals and objectives. Led strategy and win theme development and day to day progress on proposal response. Tasked with essentially re-writing almost all content from consortium members in proper tone, with narrative and was final editor before signoff. Also involved in negotiations with DOE as well as business aspects of the hub (setting up entity, developing charter, etc).

Managed services for top PE firm

We were the incumbent but in a pickle — our competitors had developed a better technology solution. Or so they sold the client. However, they were not able to deliver on their ideas which gave us time to refine our pitch and technology. Out team had done well enough in the initial phase that the client gave us another chance to prove our solution after the competitor's failure. We built an amazing team, great solution, compelling proposal and followed through with a knock out orals / demonstration. Led to significant win.

Optimizing operations

AI-native frameworks for renewable energy providers

Developing a platform that authenticates, verifies, geotags as well as test communicates with grid providers to ensure renewable energy assets' interfaces are compliant and operational. Outputs include clear regulatory certifications as well as chains of custody for risk mitigation.

Global site selection for European Aerospace manufacturer

Client was looking at multiple, diverse sites to manufacture engines. Helped team create a 250 point quantitative model to evaluate all 24 sites. That required a tremendous amount of both quantitative and qualitative research. Ran the model and discovered eight sites were more suitable than the others. Built out business plans, feasibility studies and mid-term business and financial models. Client used this info to whittle down to three sites — which meant we dove deeper into the data to find differentiators. Client finally decided on two sites based on data.
